Aaron Fairchild is originally from California, but did most of his growing up in Utah. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2005 at BYU and then returned to his native Southern California to attend law school at Western State University. After graduating and passing the bar in 2009, he stayed in California to pursue his career.
Since 2009, Aaron’s practice has generally involved business and real estate litigation, as well as related transactional matters. Aaron is responsive, efficient, attentive to detail, sensitive to client concerns, and takes pride in his work. He believes attorneys should not only be advocates but also practical problem-solvers and dealmakers. He is a strategic thinker and enjoys finding creative solutions to his clients’ problems.
Outside of his law practice, Aaron enjoys cooking, yoga, reading, VR, and winter sports.
Aaron is admitted to practice in all California state courts and in all Federal District Courts of California.
